MEET SANGUINE

The art of writing had became a key piece of Sanguine's heart before she could put a pen to paper. By experiencing and reflecting on bodies of literature and also the impact of Black culture and theory on society, she was able to unlock a niche that she had never thought could be possible. With the Sanguine Journals, Sanguine plans to highlight entreprenuership the world has yet to shine light on, and indulge on fascinating, yet ignored, topics that will spark a new renaissance of conversation.

LET'S TALK

let's talk about it!

Let's Talk About: Scholarships and GrantsMany students around the world are applying to college. With early decision and early action deadlines creeping up on our students and peers, take the time to read and further converse about the importance of scholarships and grants for high achieving scholars. Scholarships and grants play a pivotal role in transforming the lives of high-achieving, low-income students, bridging the gap between their aspirations and financial limitations. For these students, education represents a ticket to a better future, yet the hurdles they face are monumental. Many juggle part-time jobs, familial responsibilities, and academic pressures, often sacrificing personal and social development opportunities. The financial burden of tuition, textbooks, and living expenses further adds stress, hindering their ability to focus solely on their studies. Scholarships and grants act as a beacon of hope, offering not just financial assistance, but also the invaluable gift of time and mental bandwidth. By alleviating the economic strain, these forms of aid empower students to immerse themselves fully in their education, explore diverse interests, and participate in extracurricular activities that enrich their learning experience. This support not only elevates their academic achievements but also nurtures their self-confidence, enabling them to break free from the cycle of poverty and contribute meaningfully to society. Thus, scholarships and grants are not just monetary aids; they are investments in the future, ensuring that talent and potential are not stifled by financial constraints.Listed below are links to scholarships and grants for high achieving, low income students.
